Winning first place in the floats division of the 2011 Redneck parade, was the "Bubba Jethro's Homemade Fireworks". "All fireworks that are expired are 1/2 off! And beer is $3 a can, unless we've drank it all!" Ramona City Councilwoman, Jeannie Goza (center with he pink cowboy hat), created the float with her friend Lori Moldenhauer (far left) who grew up in Ramona. The group won $100 from Agri-Producers in Tampa.
"Redneck Reality" won second in the Floats Division. "We have two featured homes this mnth. The first one is a cozy one bedroom home that sleeps 6, has an outdoor shower, and a swimming pool. The next featured home is this lovely blue tent that also sleeps six. Its best feature is that you can literally pick up your house and take it with you!" They won $75 from Central National Bank in Herington. This float was created by Tanya Eklund (wearing the crown--who was 2009 Miss Redneck), and her best friend, Julie Noeth fo Ramona (in the sunglasses). Also on the float were Ryan and Rachel Eklund of Ramona.)

As you can see, it looks like the patients walking along with him are on their own getting any medical attention! Alex and friends won $30 from North Central Kansas Co-Op in Hope.
